Palm Oil is healthful food, 49%-saturated, with 0% Cholesterol and Sugar content. It is considered as a reasonable substitute of the trans-fats. Millions of tons of that oil are being produced per year, demand is growing rapidly. Unfortunately, serious problems were reported regarding destruction of the rain forests and rare animals as the Oran-gutan, during the process of cleaning areas for new oil palm plantations. These facts, along with the high price of the land, the piles of papers as approvals and permissions, the high Taxes, Fees and Duties, etc., made us think about a Floating Plantation Option for a better production of that highly-demanded product.
Platforms could be also a perfect base for growing various Aquaculture as Fish, Crabs, Shrimps, Oysters, Algae (as for example the protein-richest (57%) and very expensive Spirulina Platensis - $480 per gram extract), etc., and various animals, in a fully-controlled, sterile and friendly environment.

Growing Dwarf-Tree Fruits on floors / shelves, in a sterile, germless and controlled-climate environment, with 30% CO2-Enrichment, 24h LED-Lighting and non-stop Drip-irrigation, will save 95% water and 100% herbicides, and will boost the fruit productivity to several harvests per year.
Cocoa Plantations in Africa and Central America for example suffered a devastating destruction due to the recent climate changes. Our multifloor technology will offer a great solution with a computer-controlled indoor, closed environment, with ideal climate conditions, absolutely non-dependent on the outdoor weather and climate conditions .
Almost every kind of fruit plant could be adapted to the ideal climate and agri-conditions in a Vertical Multifloor Hydroponic Farm.
Various Livestock could be also bred on floors, on-board a Floating Platform, in Vertical Multifloor Farms (V-Farms), in a hermetically-sealed environment, eliminating the Methane, CO2, H2S and else harmful GHG gases to be emitted directly into the Atmosphere. All these gases will be captured by scrubbers and will be separated, pumped into tanks and sold on the market. Palms will need about one year to grow intensively before starting to bear first fruits, so no need of high premises for that period. Growing palms will be placed in 2.50m high halls, while 7-8 and more years palms will be roomed in 5m high halls.
So we'll make an average ratio of 8 floors 2.50m high and 6 floors 5m high.
In that ratio we'll have 14 floors x 2,500sq.m = 35,000sq.m per one Module A.,or 3,500,000sq.m per Island of 100 Modules A (4 Modules C).
Then 100 Islands will make 350,000,000 sq.m or about 86,500 Acres. or 35,000 Hectares.
Thanks to the Oil Palm's shallow roots (~1m deep, ~5m diam.), and its relatively low trunk, this palm could be successfully grown in-house, in floors (4-5m high), in separated , movable, large Big-Bags with Hydroponic supply of water, fertilizers, medicines, etc. The 24h non-stop Solar-Spectrum LED Lighting will allow the 3 years term, needed for a Palm to start giving fruits, to be decreased at a half, at 1.5 years only.
